Independent guide · not the operator
How to Log In to DMFirst
Most login trouble comes down to a few things: the wrong tab, a typo in the password, or a link that did not come from the operator. This guide walks through the login screen, explains what each part does and shows how to fix the usual problems. You must be 21 or older.
For now the first button jumps to the steps below. Once the operator’s verified link is added, it opens the official login page in a new tab.
Before You Log In
A little preparation avoids most failed attempts, and on many platforms repeated failed attempts trigger extra checks or a temporary lock.
The details you registered with
The phone number or email you used when you signed up. Not sure which one? Think back before you start guessing.
Your current password
If you use a password manager, open it first and copy the password rather than typing it from memory.
Your own bookmark
Open the site from a saved bookmark. A link in a message may lead to a copy of the page.
A connection you trust
Your own mobile data or home network is safer than public Wi-Fi.

Step-by-Step Login
Do these steps on the operator’s own website or app. The screen on the left is the login page in the DmFirst app. Your version may look a little different, but the order is the same.
Sign in to your account
About 1 minute
- Open the operator’s site or app from your own bookmark, never from a link someone sent you.
- Tap Log in. You land on a screen with two tabs: Phone Number and Email.
- Choose the tab that matches how you registered.
- Enter your number with the right country code, or your email address.
- Type your password. The eye icon lets you check it. The Log in button stays grey until both fields are filled.
- Tap Log in, then finish any verification step that appears.
- Make sure the account name on screen is yours before you do anything else.
What the Login Screen Contains
Here is every part of the login screen and what it is for.
| Part of the screen | What it does | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Phone Number / Email tabs | Switch between logging in with your number or your email. | Use the same type of detail you registered with. |
| Country code | Appears on the Phone Number tab, for example +91 in the screenshot. | Pick the code that matches your own number. |
| Password | Type the password you set at registration. The eye icon shows what you typed. | Check for caps lock and extra spaces. |
| Remember password | Keeps you signed in on this device. | Tick it only on a device that is yours alone. |
| Forgot password? | Starts the recovery process. | The screen also points you to customer service. Use only official channels. |
| Log in | Signs you in. It stays grey until both fields are filled. | If it stays grey, one field is still empty or incomplete. |
| Register | Opens the sign-up form for new players. | Not needed if you already have an account. |
If You Forget Your Password
It happens to everyone. The login screen has a Forgot password link, and it also says to contact customer service if you forget your password. In practice that means two steps.
Common Problems and Fixes
Start with the simplest likely cause before you try anything else. If you are still stuck, read our login problems article or the FAQ page.
| Problem | Likely cause | What to try |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong password message | A typo, caps lock, or an old password. | Show the password with the eye icon, retype it slowly, then use Forgot password once. |
| Log in button stays grey | A field is empty or incomplete. | Fill in both fields. Close and reopen the app if it persists. |
| Account not found | You registered with a different number or email, or chose the wrong tab. | Try the other tab with the other detail you may have used. |
| Verification code not arriving | Wrong number, weak signal, or the message was filtered. | Wait two minutes, check spam, then resend once. |
| Cannot get back in at all | The password is forgotten or the account is restricted. | Contact customer service through the channel shown on the official site or app. |
| The page looks different | An app update, or you are on a copy of the site. | Close it and reopen the verified link from your bookmark. |

How do I log in to DMFirst?
Open the operator’s verified website or app from your own bookmark and tap Log in. Choose the Phone Number or Email tab, enter the details you registered with, type your password and tap Log in. Finish any verification step that appears.
Why is the Log in button grey?
On the login screen the button stays grey until both fields are filled in. Check that you have entered your number or email and your password. If it stays grey, try closing the app and opening it again.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Tap Forgot password on the login screen. The screen also says to contact customer service if you forget your password, so use only the support channel shown on the operator’s own website or app. Never give a reset or one-time code to anyone.
Should I tick Remember password?
Only on a phone or computer that nobody else uses. On a shared or public device, leave it unticked and log out when you finish.
Can I log in with my email if I registered with a phone number?
Use the same type of detail you registered with. If you registered with a phone number, use the Phone Number tab. If you are not sure which one you used, try each tab once with the details you remember rather than guessing repeatedly.
Is it safe to log in on public Wi-Fi?
It is safer to use your mobile data or a network you trust. Public Wi-Fi is easier for others to watch, and fake login pages are a common trick there.
Someone messaged me a login link. Should I use it?
No. Open the site from your own bookmark. A link in a message, even one that looks official, can lead to a copy of the page that collects your password.
