Information we collect
DMFirst is an information website without public user accounts. We collect only what the technology needs:
- Contact form data: your name, email address, topic and message, if you send them.
- Server logs: our web server records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, for security and troubleshooting.
- Site search: if you use the search box, your query is processed by our web server and may appear in server logs.
How information is used
We use contact details to reply to your message and to improve or correct our content. Server logs are used to keep the site secure and working. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set functional cookies for logged-in administrators and editors only. If we add any cookie or similar storage in future, we will describe it here and request consent where required.
Analytics
At the time of writing, no analytics service is installed. If we add one, we will name it here, explain what it measures and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers and your IP address is shared with them under Google’s own privacy terms. Links to external websites, including regulators and operators, are governed by those sites’ policies.
Data protection
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact messages are delivered by email to the site team and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. We limit access to people who need it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive details such as passwords, one-time codes or ID documents.
User rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have rights including to be informed, to access your personal data, to object, to correct it and to request its erasure or blocking, subject to legal limits. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
